Investor portalSubscribe to a deal

Subscribe to a deal

You have read the offering and want to invest. You subscribe from the deal in the investor portal, once the firm has opened it for funding.

The steps depend on what the firm turned on, so some of these may not appear for you.

Open the offering

Go to Offerings and open the deal. Start the subscription.

Choose who is investing

Pick an investment profile, or create one. A profile is the person or entity that invests, such as you personally or your holding company.

Enter the amount

Type the amount you want to commit.

Add what the firm asks for

Upload the requested files, accept the terms and conditions, and sign the documents sent for signature. Add a bank account if the form asks for one. If a clause is unclear, open the document in preview and ask the AI chat about it before you sign.

Submit

A thank-you page confirms your subscription arrived. If something fails, use the retry on that page.

Your subscription is a request until the firm reviews it. You get an email when they approve it, and the status updates in Investments.

Create your investment profile before you start, with the entity’s legal name exactly as on its documents. Mismatched names are the most common reason a firm comes back with questions.

If the form is closed

If funding is not open, the form stays closed. If the deal is fully subscribed, you see “Fundraising finished”. A deal in pre-launch shows an intention form instead, where you signal a non-binding amount. For Lisbon Logistics Fund II, an LP might signal 500,000 euros during pre-launch, then subscribe for real once Northbridge opens the fund.

If you work at the firm and review these, see Review a subscription.
