Receive deals from sponsors

Good opportunities often start outside your firm. A developer has a new logistics park, a partner firm is raising a co-investment, a broker has a portfolio to place. Usually that arrives as an email with five attachments, and someone on your team retypes it into a deal.

The publisher removes that step. It is a public page for your Company where a sponsor fills in the deal and attaches its documents. Nobody needs an AMS account to use it. The submission lands in your deals list as a draft for your team to check, so nothing reaches investors until you decide it should.

At Northbridge Capital, the team sends its publisher link to the three developers it works with most. When one of them has a new warehouse scheme, they submit it there instead of emailing a deck. The analyst on duty gets a task, opens the deal, and has the terms and documents in one place from the start.

What the sponsor sees

The page is titled “Submit your investment opportunity to” followed by your Company name. The sponsor works through the same deal sections your team uses and attaches documents such as the term sheet. If they prefer, they can upload documents and let AI fill the form for them, then check the result before sending.

When they submit, they see a confirmation that your team will review the deal before it is shared with investors.

Your publisher link is built from your team domain name in Company settings and looks like /in/your-company. Change the domain name and the link changes with it, so update any links you have already shared.

Review a submission

Watch for the task

Each submission sends your team an email and creates a “Review deal” task on the dashboard.

Find the deal

In Deals, filter by source and choose External. The list then shows only deals that came through the publisher.

Check and complete it

Open the deal and edit it like any other. Fix the terms, add what is missing, and set who can see it.

Change its status

When you are happy with it, change the status to publish it. If it is not a fit, leave it unpublished or delete it.

There is no separate accept or reject button yet. You review a submitted deal by editing it and changing its status, the same way you manage any deal.

Admins and Members can review submitted deals. A Relationship Manager does not see them unless the deal is shared with them.
