Deals

A deal is the offering you take to investors. For Northbridge Capital, Lisbon Logistics Fund II is a deal. It holds the story, the terms, the data room, the people who are interested, and the subscriptions that come in. Investors see deals as “Offerings”.

Admins and Members create and run deals in the manager portal. A Relationship Manager sees only the deals they created and the deals an Admin or Member shared with them.

Create a deal

Start from Deals

Open Deals and choose Create.

Walk through the form

The form covers the deal’s information, terms, funding, and access policy. The access policy decides who can open the deal, and you can change it later from Share & Access. Add a cover picture, the term sheet, and any other files.

Save

The deal appears in your list. The same form edits it later.

If you already have a deck, use Create with AI instead. Select up to three PDFs, and AMS reads them and fills in a draft. You check and correct the draft before saving. For Fund II, the team uploaded the deck, the term sheet, and the PPM, and spent its time fixing numbers instead of typing them.

Find a deal

Search by name or ISIN, or filter by status, asset type, market type, investment type, or source. To see only deals that sponsors sent through the publisher, set the source filter to External. You can switch between cards and a list.

A deal’s status is Pending, Open, Expired, or Delisted. Admins and Members publish, unpublish, or delist a deal, and turn funding on or off.

Inside a deal

The deal page is organized in tabs. Information is the overview investors read, with a cover image and editable translations in English, Spanish, and French. Documents holds the data room in folders. Funding shows the status and targets. Investors lists leads and prospects, with labels and interest level, and lets you notify them. Transactions holds the subscriptions you received. Subscription form sets the steps an investor goes through. Updates holds news posts you send by email. Metrics shows how people engage with the deal. NDA lets you require an agreement before visitors see gated sections. Fund deals also have Capital calls and Distribution structure tabs, which display schedule tables.

Before it opens

A deal can sit in pre-launch while you test demand. Funding and Transactions are hidden, and the Subscription form tab becomes Intentions, a board of the soft commitments investors signal. When the deal opens, you can convert an intention into a subscription.

Run Fund II in pre-launch for a few weeks before first close. The Intentions board tells you who is serious, and how much, before you ask anyone to sign.

Investors never edit a deal. They read it in the investor portal or on a public deal page. To decide who can open it, see Share a deal. To file the data room, see Documents.
