Share a deal
Most raises start narrow. Northbridge Capital first showed Lisbon Logistics Fund II to a dozen existing LPs, then to a wider list once the anchor commitment was in. Sharing is how you control that. Admins and Members set it on the deal.
Choose an access policy
Whoever lists the deal picks its access policy in the creation form. You can change it at any time afterwards.
Each deal has one of four policies. Public lets anyone with an account or a secure link open it. Invitation limits it to your team and the people you invite. Team keeps it to your team. Private keeps it to the person who created it, and only the creator can choose it.
For a first round with existing LPs, Invitation is usually right. Public makes sense once you want the link to travel.
Set who can see it
Open Share & Access
Open the deal and choose Share & Access.
Pick the policy
Choose Public, Invitation, Team, or Private.
Add people
Share with people by email. You can send them an access email with a short message, and add them to the deal’s investor list at the same time.
Send the link
Copy the deal link, or show a QR code if you are with the person.
The same screen lists everyone with access, and lets you create or revoke the deal’s share link. Revoke it when a link has gone further than you meant.
When someone asks to get in
A person who cannot open the deal can request access. The request appears on Share & Access, where an Admin or Member approves or denies it.
Approving access lets them read the deal. It does not subscribe them. That is a separate step. See Subscriptions.
Relationship Managers
A Relationship Manager sees a deal only when they created it or someone shared it with them. Public deals do not appear for them automatically.
