The SMAT ecosystem will systematically reward its token holders. The more SMAT tokens one holds, the more advantages one will experience. SMAT will introduce a four-tier membership, with increasing discounts and rewards:

• Silver members - Holding 10,000 SMAT tokens or more. Silver members get 10% off platform fees.

• Gold members - Holding 50,000 SMAT tokens or more. Gold members get 20% off platform fees and are given priority access to the deals listed on the SMAT platform.

• Platinum members - Holding 100,000 SMAT tokens or more. Platinum members get 30% off platform fees and are given priority access to the deals listed on the SMAT platform and launchpad priority.

• Diamond members - Holding 500,000 SMAT tokens or more. Diamonds members get 50% off platform fees and are given priority access to the deals listed on the SMAT platform and launchpad priority.

✔ Retail investors

Retail investors will initially play a minimal role in the SMAT ecosystem. Nevertheless, they will be progressively incorporated into it as SMAT grows, and will eventually be able to access professional deals, follow their favorite wealth managers or use the investment platform at a later stage for their own assets. It is planned, in a longer run, to grant retail SMAT token holders access to the platform.
